SPECIAL EDITIONS, COLLECTOR'S EDITIONS, AND SIGNED BOOKS

Collector's Editions, Special Editions, signed books, sprayed edges, foil enhancements, overlays, character cards, slipcases, merchandise, and other premium products may contain minor cosmetic variations resulting from the manufacturing, printing, shipping, or signing process.

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement, refund, exchange, or compensation:

• Minor corner wear
• Minor edge wear
• Slight scratches or scuffs
• Minor dents or pressure marks
• Slight color variations
• Minor foil irregularities
• Slight waviness of pages
• Minor sprayed-edge bleeding or color transfer
• Pages lightly adhered due to sprayed-edge production
• Minor imperfections resulting from hand-signing or handling during the signing process
• Variations between promotional images and final production copies

VAJONA Books LLC reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.


PRE-ORDERS

All release dates, shipping dates, and estimated delivery dates for pre-order products are subject to change without notice.

Delays caused by printers, manufacturers, licensors, authors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, chargebacks, or claims against VAJONA Books LLC.

Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items within the order are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.


LIMITED REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To evaluate a replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging

VAJONA Books LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement, refund, store credit, or no remedy will be offered.


SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

VAJONA Books LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues occurring after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or returned packages may be charged to the customer.


LIMITED EDITIONS

Limited Editions, Collector's Editions, signed products, exclusive merchandise, and convention exclusives may not be restocked once sold out.

VAJONA Books LLC does not guarantee future availability of any limited product.


PRODUCT CHANGES

VAJONA Books LLC reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, bonus content, merchandise items, character cards, artwork, and promotional materials when reasonably necessary due to production requirements, licensing restrictions, manufacturing limitations, or supply chain issues.

Such changes do not constitute a defect and do not entitle customers to refunds, exchanges, or compensation.


CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact VAJONA Books LLC directly regarding any order-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, refusal of future orders, and recovery of all associated fees and collection costs.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
