Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
If a package is returned to VAJONA Books LLC due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or any other reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be re-shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Processing & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Domestic U.S. Orders:
• Approximately 2–7 business days after shipment
International Orders:
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Please refer to individual product listings for specific release dates, processing times, and fulfillment information.
Pre-Orders & Special Releases
Pre-order products, collector's editions, box sets, signed editions, and special releases may ship after the listed publication or release date.
During major launches, special events, or high-volume release periods, fulfillment may be delayed by up to four weeks beyond the estimated release date.
Release dates and shipping schedules are subject to change without notice due to production, licensing, manufacturing, or shipping delays.
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, compensation, refunds, or chargebacks.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
VAJONA Books LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package when required.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

• Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping box
Failure to provide photographs may delay or prevent claim approval.
Collector's Editions & Premium Products
Due to the collectible and handcrafted nature of our products, minor cosmetic variations are not considered defects.
The following do not qualify for replacement, refund, exchange, or compensation:
• Minor corner wear
• Minor edge wear
• Slight scratches or scuffs
• Minor dents or pressure marks
• Slight color variations
• Minor foil irregularities
• Slight waviness of pages
• Minor sprayed-edge bleeding or color transfer
• Pages lightly adhered due to sprayed-edge production
• Minor imperfections resulting from hand-signing or handling during the signing process
• Variations between promotional images and final production copies
VAJONA Books LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.
Signed Editions
Signed books, personalized books, and other customized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless a significant manufacturing defect is present.
General Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval from VAJONA Books LLC.
Unless the return is required due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by VAJONA Books LLC, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
VAJONA Books LLC does not provide prepaid return labels for discretionary returns.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other shipping-related expenses are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or incomplete contents may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a shipment, or provides an incorrect shipping address, any resulting return shipping costs, storage fees, re-shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by VAJONA Books LLC.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
VAJONA Books LLC reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, shipping expenses, or costs incurred as a result of the return from any refund issued.
